Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

ProPerformance MD distributes laboratory research-use materials that may be temperature-sensitive and stability-controlled. Due to the specialized nature of these products and quality-control requirements, all sales are considered final once shipped.

To preserve product integrity, chain-of-custody standards, and research validation protocols, returns and exchanges are not accepted after shipment.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations may be accepted only prior to shipment confirmation.

Once an order has entered fulfillment processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order if a change is needed.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

All shipments are inspected prior to release. If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, you must notify us immediately upon receipt.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic documentation (if applicable)

Each case will be reviewed in accordance with our internal quality assurance procedures. Where appropriate, we may issue:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • Store credit, or
  • A refund authorization

Resolutions are provided at our discretion following review.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under approved circumstances, such as:

  • Verified fulfillment errors
  • Documented product integrity issues confirmed by our quality assurance review
  • Duplicate billing errors

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us for an update.

Shipping Scope

ProPerformance MD currently ships within the United States.

Any international order placed through unauthorized channels is done at the purchaser’s risk. ProPerformance MD assumes no responsibility for customs delays, seizures, or loss occurring outside approved shipping jurisdictions.


No Returns After Shipment

Due to storage controls, handling protocols, and research-grade standards:

  • Products are not eligible for return once shipped
  • Opened or unopened products cannot be accepted back
  • We cannot restock or resell returned research materials

This policy ensures compliance with research handling and product stability standards.
